Since 2014, Holger Seidel has been providing independent and objective advisory services in the field of alternative assets, in particular for Venture Capital, with Adina Capital GmbH (www.adina-capital.de), which he also founded.<\/p>\n
Prior to Adina, Dr. Seidel has held positions as Managing Director at BPE and equitrust\/Nordcapital and, as a result, been active in the Venture Capital asset class since 2000.<\/p>\n
Due to his many years as managing director of several venture capital funds of funds (www.bpe-fi.de) for institutional investors and “family offices“ as well as managing director of private equity “managed account“ mandates, he has extensive VC know-how as well as a large network in the European and US VC industry.<\/p>\n
Dr. Seidel has built up extensive knowledge in the area of finance during his previous activities at an internationally associated auditing and tax consulting firm in Germany and abroad and as head of the finance department of a real estate company.<\/p>\n
